This Privacy Policy explains the data and privacy protection rules of Aizero, a lightweight iOS AI image creativity tool. Aizero is designed for local and independent AI image creation scenarios and does not require account registration, login, or identity authentication to access core functions.
Our design goal is to protect user privacy to the greatest extent, simplify functional logic, and avoid unnecessary data collection. Experience and creative functions are based on independent technical services, with minimal data processing.
All AI generation and image processing functions of Aizero are supported by our self-developed independent technical services. Core functional operation does not rely on third-party servers, third-party AI algorithms, third-party technical interfaces, or third-party service providers for creative processing.
Aizero implements a minimal privacy standard. The application does not actively collect, record, store, or obtain personal private information beyond what is necessary to complete a user’s creative request.
Most importantly, Aizero will never collect, identify, analyze, extract, or store any user facial information, facial features, facial biometric data, or face-related personal information under any circumstances. Whether uploaded images contain faces or not, our systems will not trigger facial recognition or facial feature extraction.
Aizero only processes image visual data actively uploaded by users to complete personalized creation requests. After processing is completed, temporary processing data is automatically cleared, and user image data is not permanently stored.
Aizero follows an absolute zero-sharing principle. We will never share, sell, lease, disclose, or transmit user personal information, uploaded image data, creative work data, or operation data to any third-party institution, enterprise, organization, or individual for any reason.
User data generated during use is only used to complete the current creative operation in real time, without external transmission or sharing.
Creative works generated through Aizero are stored locally on the user’s iOS device by default. Preview is completed locally. Finished works can be saved to the photo library or shared by the user through platforms they choose.
Because the app does not collect facial feature information or unnecessary personal private information, risks of facial privacy leakage are designed out of the product flow. Temporary processing data is cleared after operations complete.
Every core creative function of Aizero is built on independent technology and privacy-minded design. Style transfer changes overall visual style without extracting facial features. Reconstruction and effects adjust pixels and layers without biometric identification.
We treat user privacy security as a primary design principle, continuously optimize the independent service system, eliminate potential privacy collection risks, and protect users’ facial privacy and personal private information while keeping creation low-threshold and fluid.
